Chinese consumer drones account for 74% of the global market
As the drone propeller rotates at high speed, a gust of wind hits the ground, and the 'City of the Sky' takes off with the wind.
Shenzhen is the main production base for civilian drones worldwide. In the drone industry, there is a popular saying: "Global drones look at China, Chinese drones look at Shenzhen, and Shenzhen drones look at Nanshan
On the innovative soil of Shenzhen, a group of well-known drone companies such as DJI Innovation, Kebit Aviation, Daotong Aviation, Hava International, Kewaitai, United Aircraft, and Yidian Aviation have continuously emerged as the "Capital of Drones". Data shows that Chinese consumer drones, represented by DJI, account for 74% of the global market, while industrial drones account for approximately 55% of the domestic market.
Yang Jincai, academician of the European Academy of Sciences and founding president of the Shenzhen Drone Industry Association, believes that Shenzhen has become a true highland of drone manufacturing industry, with a complete drone industry chain. A finished drone can be manufactured without leaving Nanshan. This is due to Shenzhen's construction of a complete industrial chain that integrates research and development, design, manufacturing, and flight testing, with a complete range of consumer and industrial drone products.
