The Conference on the Development of Unmanned Space System Industry was held in Fuzhou, and multiple important achievements were released

The Conference on the Development of the Whole Space Unmanned System Industry was held in Fuzhou, Fujian Province on the afternoon of April 30th. Several important achievements were released around the whole space unmanned system, committed to safety and controllability, promoting the large-scale, sustainable, and high-quality rapid development of the whole space unmanned technology, further assisting the construction of the national whole space unmanned system, and empowering high-quality economic development.


The All Space Unmanned System Industry Development Conference is jointly hosted by the Chinese Society of Macroeconomics, China Aviation Industry Group Co., Ltd., and Fujian Big Data Group Co., Ltd., and jointly organized by the China Aviation Comprehensive Technology Research Institute, Fujian Digital Government Construction and Operation Holding Co., Ltd., and the International Advanced Technology Application Promotion Center (Hefei).


At the meeting, the Overall Department of the All Space Unmanned System Construction Project released the "Key Points for the 2025 Work of the All Space Unmanned System". Following the principle path of "standard guidance, scene openness, capital promotion, industrial agglomeration, and system upgrading", the 2025 work plan for the construction of the All Space Unmanned System was clarified for various tasks, and phased goals and time nodes were proposed.


Fujian Big Data Group Co., Ltd. has released research results on the digitalization of unmanned systems in the entire space without human body coefficients. It systematically proposes a digital standard framework for unmanned systems covering the entire "sky, earth, sea" domain, providing a unified technical reference for the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and providing a complete path from policy planning to standard implementation, forming a replicable "standard construction scene cultivation industry incubation" toolbox.


China Aviation Industry Corporation Limited has released the "Sky Shield" intelligent security system, which proposes solutions to the problem of unmanned aerial vehicle "black flight" based on the core advantages of global perception, intelligent judgment, multi-layer interception, and efficient collaboration, redefining the low altitude safety boundary. China Aviation Industry Corporation Limited, under the ownership of AVIC Electronic Measurement Instrument (Xi'an) Co., Ltd., has released an air cargo unmanned aerial vehicle loading and delivery system. This system fills the domestic technological gap by building an unmanned cargo system and helps promote the high-quality development of China's smart logistics and unmanned aviation industry. The China Aviation Radio Electronics Research Institute has released the "China Aviation Management Cloud" low altitude operation supervision service platform, which provides a complete set of solutions around "low altitude airspace perception, low altitude flight services, and government collaborative supervision".


Experts believe that the newly released achievements not only provide multi-dimensional support for the development of unmanned systems in all space, such as policy guidance, technical standards, security guarantees, and industrial collaboration, but also inject new vitality into the takeoff of China's digital economy and industrial upgrading, which will effectively promote the high-quality development of unmanned systems in all space.


On site, keynote speeches were delivered by Dong Zhiyi, Chief Expert of Low Altitude Economy at the Chinese Aeronautical Society, and Zhu Yu, Vice President of the China Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, focusing on the establishment, development opportunities, and innovative applications of the unmanned system for the entire space.


The signing ceremony for the cooperation of the unmanned system industry in the entire space was also held at the same time, with multiple projects signed and implemented, promoting the gathering of innovative elements in Fujian. Among them, the Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone Management Committee has signed a contract with Fujian Big Data Group Co., Ltd. to promote technological innovation and industrial application of unmanned systems in the entire space, and to assist Pingtan in building a smart and digital international tourism island and high-quality development demonstration zone. The Fujian Provincial Meteorological Bureau has signed a contract with Fujian Big Data Group Co., Ltd. to collaborate in exploring meteorological data elements to empower the unmanned system and low altitude economic development in Fujian Province, and jointly build a "sky, earth, and sea" data fusion platform.
